How it all started

It was a lazy Sunday afternoon, when I was dozing as usual on my Sofa when my better half, Dismi (from now on D) asked me whether we can order food from outside. I was not prepared to eat outside food as I had assumed that D would prepare something good, something different as it was a weekend :( :( 

I asked her why cant she cook and she casually replied, "Am not in a mood to cook, if you want you cook"

This came as a thunderstorm to me but then without hesitation I told, "Ya, why not?" 

And there began my kitchen experiments (It is not like I have not cooked before, but that was way before marriage when my mom was not at home and me and my sister used to do some practical workshops) and this transformed my thoughts so much that I began to think of setting up a restaurant after my retirement. 

I have created numerous blogs in the past but have never had time to continue writing those blogs. But this I hope, I will continue as cooking has become something close to me. 

You will find different recipes in this blog with photographs of the output product. And yes some tips for cooking guys like me too :)
